Main Sites: southern zone - all at Beaumont-Monteux, Les Croix (1940s Syrah), Le Port, Les Amandiers (both 35-65 yr Syrah)
Soil: four types - clay, limestone, gravel, gravel with trace elements - top 30 cm of lime-clay, then 40 cm of red clay, then white gravel, where there are a lot of vine roots – 20% stones
