2015 ()

shiny yellow robe. The nose is discreet but charming, mixes infused tea with a light oiliness and pear-apricot fruit. The palate starts with a tangy kick, has a flavour of peach near the stone; the tang, almost bitter element, is a deviation unfortunately, leaving the wine more edgy than required on the late moments. 2014

yellow robe; the nose is quite weighty, gives pear, brioche, and a salted lime, licorice effect. The palate is butty, has a compact content, good weight for grilled fish, smoked mackerel. The flavour of peach and apricot is bonny, and it continues to a safe conclusion. 13.5°.  To 2017  Jun 2015 

2012 ()

yellow robe; The nose is spiced, shows lemon, citrus influences, has a grapefruit freshness, with peach notes and lime, hazelnut – it is fresh, and “up”. The palate is good; it bears soft white fruit with a little spice, also grain in the texture, ending clearly. This is Bingo Côtes du Rhône blanc. A glow on the finish shows regional ID. Suited to aperitif or light flavours. The finale is attractive, persistent, which will help its suitability for food. Very well made, a wine of charm, w.o.w. 30% Grenache blanc, 30% Clairette, 30% Bourboulenc, 10% Roussanne this year. 13°. To 2015  May 2013

2011

mild yellow; peach, cooked fruit, Earl Grey tea aroma, with hazelnut touches, mandarin and the generosity of honeycomb. The palate tastes of cooked peach and pear, comes with a twinkle of late freshness, cut that leaves it clear on the aftertaste. The attack is graceful, bears light notes of lime and greengage later on. Good for the aperitif and clearly-flavoured dishes, hors d’oeuvres, soft cheeses. 14°. To 2016  Oct 2012
