flint, pale yellow colour. Pear, cooked pear, lioght apricot air, shows linden (tilleul), near jasmine airs. The palate starts softly, holds squeezy, friendly fruit, stretches out well, has a sure run, sound length. There is a spot of local heat on the finish, is clear. Good aperitif wine. The oak lends a bit of roundness. Good, w.o.w. wine. “I would like to drink this with oysters, since the finish is salted, shows iodine,” Sylvia Teste. 13.5°. €6. 2015-16 May 2013
