shiny yellow robe; gunflint, honey-apricot, lemon curd, oak toasting assemble on the nose. The attack is fat, carries easy gras richness, specks of freshness, the texture soft. Sound Condrieu, with no bells and whistles. The flavour involves apricot, vanilla, ends on a touch of citrus that helps its clarity. 13.5°. 3,600 b. To 2022 Dec 2019

(cask) yellow robe. There is intensity in the bouquet, an aroma of cooked pear, pear drop sweets, apricot juice in the frame, fennel. This is rich, holds layered content, an ample presence. It’s big on the attack, is fleshy wine for la table. It’s a trifle short. “It’s opulent,” Kévin Garon. 2,000 b. To 2022 March 2018
