clear yellow robe. The nose has a pear grace in its aroma, is nice and lucid, some apricot juice on show. This is refreshing, authentic, with a neat spot of gras, and a fine extension, leading to a pear skin finale, white strawberry, light honey on the aftertaste. The length is good. This drinks well, with the body for hors d’oeuvres. 12.5°. 1,000 b, up from the 350 b of 2015 (which came in at 14.5° - this is 13°). To 2019 July 2017
