pink with pale red tints. The nose gives a very neat air of redcurrants, a flash of wild strawberry. It’s really good, bright start. The palate drinks with freedom, its red fruits lined up all together and stylishly. It has good cut and clarity, does well an aperitif but also great with hors d’oeuvres, charcuterie, salads, steamed fish. This is w.o.w. rosé, right on the button. It finishes with certainty, ping, setting up another glass. Great to drink on a terrace with a view. 14°. 2,500 b. 50% Gren, 50% Syr. To mid-2017 June 2016
