50% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre from 1.28 hectares on red marl soils, destemmed, 23 day steel vat vinification at up to 28°C, 3 part vat emptying/refillings, then twice daily pumping overs, raised 70% steel vat, 30% 1-2 year 450-litre oak casks 12 months, 4,000 b


(casks/vat, bottling Feb 2015) Purple hue – lighter at the rim. Has a subdued nose with a slightly baked note. The palate is a little sweet and soupy, the tannins firm on the finish.
