quite a deep red; there is a fair depth of black berry fruit in the nose, a sure amount, a smudge of raspberry helped by a nice spot of smoky darkness. This has an oily attack that bears red plum fruit which carries quite well. A compact, earthy wine with local feel. Drink with lamb cutlets, grills. 13.5°. €1.95 export. To 2016  Oct 2013
