60% Grenache, 20-25% Syrah, 8-10% Carignan, 5-10% Mourvèdre from clay-limestone soils, 25% fermented by whole bunch macération carbonique, 80-90% destemmed, 10-15 day concrete vat vinification at up to 30°C, 1 daily pumping over, part vat emptying/refillings, concrete vat raised 12-18 months, filtered, 50,000 b


(vat) bold dark red, some black in it. Blackberry jelly, sweet-noted air that is very primary, facile, doesn’t serve extras for now; its fruit “glistens”. The palate has an easy weight, its fruit suave. It is a little bit down the line, simple. A small pocket of late juice prolongs quite well, then the tar tone of 2012, the pointed shape appears.
