2014 ()

(vat, bottling Aug 2015) shiny, full red. Beyond some reduction lies a fine aroma of red berry fruit, comes with style, also offers notes of herbs. The palate has carbonic gas in it and life on the attack; it keeps running well, gains on the second half. It will do well as it is raised. It holds fresh, bonny qualities, the fruit clear and notably tasty, yum, yum, w.o.w. wine. Drink with stews, spaghetti Bolognese. “Drink this with veal in a white sauce,” Denis Alary. From late 2015.
