decent red robe, small evolution. Has a peppery, meaty, broad aroma, a prominent bouquet, with the flint and dust of the garrigue in it, a definite visceral element. It isn’t all in concord, is a good but mixed bag. I find the palate advancing more than it should; it holds some gras, is peppery, fair tannins are present, but it lacks crispness and life potential if it is like this after only two years. The finish rounds up pepper, spice, black fruits, some latent heat. Gusty, a bit rustic: drink now with robust foods. 14.5°. To 2017  Oct 2013
