onion skin robe, clear shine. Has a small air of reduction, a rather “high” air, with subdued red fruit, and a curious aroma that inclines towards asparagus. I am not quite sure what I am drinking or tasting here – it isn`t expressive, is just like wine and water. It is also dumb after bottling 9 days ago. 13°. €5.90. 57% Cins, 43% Gren this year. Feb 2012
