pale yellow robe. Fresh, rather grassy air with a candy notion behind, licorice and fennel, a little honey. The palate starts on a measured gras richness, develops firm body, ends on that firm note. Best with food. Will be more open and charming after the summer of 2012. It is both wide and sure, and is dumb just after its bottling 17 days ago on 6 Feb. Can be decanted. 14.5°. To 2015. Feb 2012
