fine yellow; has a gentle aroma, floral notes, peach-pear, neat aniseed. This drinks well, both on flavour and texture, is soft and welcoming, buttery, carries white plum, then quince towards the finish, channels along well, has salted sides. There’s a little glow on the aftertaste. This is joli, is table wine, holds natural, cosy filling. It will go well with sauced fish. “It’s floral – honeysuckle - with a note of acidity that helps it,” J-C Vidal. 13.5°. 2027-29 Oct 2019

yellow robe, clear. The nose has a thickness in part from its oaking, a peach, cooked pear twinning in the fruit stakes. It’s destined for drinking à table. The palate holds a ready richness, has a successful line of light saltiness towards the finish, where the flavour resembles dried fruits. This is a good white Châteauneuf for dishes such as pork, fish such as monkfish, sea bass. 13.5°. 2027-28 Mar 2018

fine yellow robe; the nose has a peach, nutty, nicely upstanding aroma; it’s salted, shows white plums as well. Peach fruit near the stone and apricot mingle on the palate, which has good grip. There is a charming mid-palate squeeze of gras, and it ends freshly, with verve. It has precise, clear, attractive body. 13.5°. 2,000 b. 2022-23 Oct 2016
