60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 20% Mourvèdre, destemmed, 2 week vinification, pumping overs, vat raised 10 months


pretty dark red; bosky, some pine mingling with wild berries on the nose. It is alert – out it delivers its aroma. There is also a bosky nature to the palate – the sense of a pine infusion in the red fruits. A bit dry late on. Traditional style wine that has a rather square finish, so leave until spring 2009.
