(casks, bottling Jan 2018) medium red robe. Has a smoky, raspberry-fruited nose with signs of animal. The palate is red-fruited, but dries early, and I sense a note of Brett in this. It has uncertain length, the baking aspect a distraction. 14.5°. 3,000 b. €20. 95% Gren, 5% Mourv. Try after bottling. Oct 2017
