70% Grenache, 15% Cinsault, 15% Syrah from very stony red clay soils, destemmed, 3-4 week steel vat vinification, cap punching and pumping overs, steel vat raised 12 months, unfined, light filtration, organic wine

2016 ()

full, dark red. Soft blackberry aroma with a gentle curve to it; it has a measured, calm presence, a little meat stock depth. The palate bursts out on blueberry fruits, black cherry with a menthol line that provides lift towards the finish. There is some style in the content, and the tannins contribute life to the wine. There are mixed red and black fruits on the aftertaste. It’s pretty authentic. 14.5°. 70% Gren, 15% Cins, 15% Syr. From mid-2019. 2029-31 Feb 2018
