full red robe; the bouquet is weighty, plunging, on liqueur of blackcurrant, with a coffee, cassis bud note as well. The fruit is ripe, soaked. The palate is rich, voluptuous, wavy, will please in an obvious, very up front manner. It’s a sipping wine with fruit bomb connotations, low on structure, high on fat, rather top heavy. Decant it. 15°. 80% Gren, 10% Syr, 5% Cins, 5% Mourv. From 2021. 2031-32 Feb 2020
