60% Grenache blanc, 20% Clairette, 10% Bourboulenc, 10% Roussanne, 80% vat, 20% oak cask fermented at 24°C, raised 12 months, 5,000 b


pale yellow; the bouquet has a simple funnel of white fruits, plum noticeably, and notes of bubble gum. The palate is open, gives easy, straightforward drinking, comes with notes of lemon, is aided by a smooth texture before a little powdery grain on the finish. It could be longer, wider, but drinks safely now, has enough body for cold meats, salad dishes. 2025-26 May 2020

2013 ()

pale yellow colour. Aromatic pear and stone fruit nose.There is a lovely volume of fruit on the palate, which is round and full, but also lifted. Delicious now on the fruit. Perhaps lacks a little complexity but is appealing. 14.5°. 2022-23 JL Oct 2014


fine yellow colour. Cooked banana and pear aromas go stride for stride on the first nose, which has a fat, buttery underlay. The palate is chunky, lacks zip. This is solid, holds stolid, rather charmless matter, a nutty flavour prevailing. There is a caramel, bonbon sweet veneer on the palate. OK, but it needs decanting, lacks nuance – but has not yet been bottled. Modern, a bit technical. 15°, note. €25. 2019-20  Dec 2012
