quite a dark red. Black raisin density on the nose, also red fruit jam that is speckled with spice, licorice. The palate is agreeable wide, offers its red fruit that packs a little punch with a liberal spread across it. Destined for foods. Has a good texture, smooth and fluid. Sound length, authentic wine. 14°. 2016-17  Oct 2012

dark robe; front aroma of blackberry, with a hint of game – this is a young nose with light herbs and spices, is potentially interesting. The palate shows serious depth thanks to a good fill of black jam, licoirce and a little mocha, black raisin. Its freshness is a great bonus, right to the end. Has a very bonny aftertaste, and will open with time. 14°. To 2016 April 2012

full robe; the bouquet is lying in wait – offers baked fruits, brioche, herbs – can still evolve further. The palate bears close-knit, attractive black fruits, good and juicy. The black cherry flavour at the end is ripe and rounded. This drinks well now, but has the body to go further. A good, complete wine of some structure. 14°. To 2012. Feb 2009
