2018

fine red robe with a pale rim; the nose gives an air of red cherry, a note of damson plum, licorice. The palate opens softly, with a cluster of red fruits and a note of mineral clarity on the second half. It finishes with a near to spearmint coolness. It has quiet style, good length, and gives a good picture of Tavel, and its potential refinement. 13.5°. To late 2020 May 2019

coral robe. Bright, immediate redcurrant, red cherry aroma with a dusting of dried garrigue herbs, a serene sweetness. The palate peps along well thanks to free wheeling red fruits and delightful freshness that extends well. The finish is soft on its neat gras richness. This is most enjoyable, w.o.w. Tavel with enough lift to drink solo. Good length, all in order, the aftertaste aromatic, rose-hip like. 13.5°. To 2019 June 2017
