fine yellow robe; the bouquet combines aniseed notes, honey, apricot. The palate bears good sève [sap] from the old vines, right away, the content squeezy, sustains well, ends roundly, lip smacking. “There’s 7 gm of residual sugar – it stopped fermenting on its own,” David Bautin.
