NV (2013) ()

fine mousse, yellow colour. The nose is charming, has a genuine grapiness, an implication of lemon, pear. The palate is well connected to the nose, with a fresh muskiness. This is authentic, STGT Clairette de Die, holds tender fruit and an attractive clarity to finish. The length is good, as it signs off with nice dentelle lift. 7.5°. €8.60. Apr 2016
