100% Clairette blanche, 2011 harvested 26 Dec 2011 at -4°C & 24°maturity, 33% new, 67% 3-4 year 228-litre oak cask fermented 12 months at 15°-16°C, wild yeasts, filtered once at 12°, made in 2007, 2009, 2011, 2015 (harvested 15 Dec), 1,400 x 50 cl bottles


full yellow, gold in a robe that looks rich. Hazelnut with a cool thread, along with vanilla, dried raisin show on the bouquet. The palate starts richly, is again followed by a cool grip; barley sugar, honey and dried fruits, tobacco assemble on the close.
