(3 year cask, malo not yet completed) the robe is full, as one expects from a 2015, legs visible. The first aroma is gummy, with an ample soaking of black berry fruits, mulberry. The attack is crisp, gives a flavour of black olives and fine black fruits. It is good and lucid, is a good IGP. There are licorice touches late on, and it grips on the finish. Promising, and very good for a fourth year Syrah. The close is cool. Drink à table. 13.7°. 35 hl/ha. “I am happy with the result from this previously abandoned hillside.
