pretty full yellow; the bouquet is a ripe affair, shows oak-grilling, glazed fruit airs, notes of brioche, dried fruits. The palate attacks on a firm wave of white fruits, has a firm undertone, with a run towards tannin on the close. It’s closely bound together, is a sturdy wine for la table, cheeses, vegetarian pasta. There’s a tiny bit of cork here. Another bottle might be fresher. 14°. 2023 Feb 2020

2017 ()

pale yellow. The nose is soft, on peach-pear, light honey and nuttiness. The palate gives a floral, tender run of white fruits, travels with tasty appeal, mild gras at its centre, sound grip on the finish, all correct. 13°. 2024-25 Dec 2018
