pale yellow. The nose is pretty – the aroma travels gently across the glass, is sprinkled with spice, is really beau, and also shows oak. The palate has a mineral approach, with a slow gain in depth. The finish is overtly oaked, and I find that oak disturbing. From autumn 2010 for best results. To 2013. Bottled end Jan 2009. March 2009
