butter-honey combination on the nose, with a degree of roundness and some latent power – the fruit here is pear, but there is S02 in the way. The palate shows S02 – it is curly as it goes, ends on a taste of sherbet, a tinny effect. Decant this and drink the next day. But the S02 is my view rampant. June 2008
white fruits/honeysuckle/spiced aromas; warmly textured dried fruits, persist elegantly. Clean, rounded finish. Can broaden with time. 2008-09

light pear/apple aroma; good depth in the palate´s white fruits, persist, have some final heat. Pretty flan-style attack. Very sound. 2009-11
tender, floral/pear bouquet; buttery flavour, some white fruit, partly smoky/spiced edge. Nutty finish, clear definition.
