brewed black fruit, some restraint, floral tones also on bouquet. Elegant black fruit, refined texture. Violet-fruit mix flows well. No obvious tannins. 2010

potent bouquet - blackberries, red meat, black earth. Deep solid wine in the drier, more upright style. Violets, tobacco on the finish. Good grip. Tannins need until 2006 or so to soften. Great around 2008. 2012-15.
