dark red; the nose has an easy roundness, licorice, black cherry, a vegetal touch. This is linear, direct on the palate, holds black fruits, blueberry, with crisp notes on the second half. It ends clearly, lingers OK, is toothsome, spiced, quaffing wine. The fruit is clear. 12.5°. 5,600 b. To 2022 Nov 2019

sound red robe; has a free run blackberry fruit aroma that holds well, comes with raspberry notes. The attack is enjoyable, nice and immediate, runs freely, red berries on good form all through. It catches the eye with the fruit delivery, in the instant. This is very good CHR [CaféHotelRestaurant], wine bar wine that ends clearly. 13.5°. €7.30 export. To 2023 Nov 2018

2016

light red robe, no doubt due to the Viognier. Reduction shows on the nose, red berries, a hint of violet beyond: it’s comfortably together. The palate features red fruits, redcurrants, with tannins of ease that fit in well. It ends roundly, and with fine grain powder. This is a bonny, articulate do. 12.5°. 2021-22 March 2017

2009

pale red. Reductive, earthy airs – there is a little grace in the nose, red brambly fruits here. Peppered red fruit start – it is rather stiff, finishing cleanly and innocuously. Has a light red fruit or cherry aftertaste. Slight sense of “so what?” about this wine. 12°. £16 in GB. To 2014 March 2011
