2018

dark robe; has a swell style, open nose, fat blackberry airs, cocoa notes. The palate gives a soft delivery of black fruits, notes of tannin from half way. It lacks structure, is all in the instant, on ripe 2019 sun rays, with black olives towards the finish. 13°. 2023-24 Dec 2019

2015 ()

sober dark robe. The nose gives a coated, reductive aroma, with pulp of black berries present, notes of grilling and a shimmer of flowers. The palate bears suave, upfront content, with the fruit slightly low profile and not as wide as in some of the leading 2015s. Young vines, maybe, and perhaps it has just been bottled. It travels smoothly, the tannins are rounded, the aftertaste is tasty. From early 2017; this will drink easily, with decanting an option. 13°. 2021-22 Oct 2016
