2018 ()

yellow robe; there’s an exotic fruit leaning on the nose – pineapple, with honey, white peach, plenty going on. The palate channels firm content, has good fibre, character, white raisin, a traditional style, with Marsanne salt-grip late on. It has conquered the 2018 heat. This vineyard is in a good moment now at 35 years – that gives a nice sureness in the gras. Suited to sauced chicken, for example. 12.5°. Bottled Apr 2019. To 2025 Feb 2020
