clear yellow robe; the nose expresses peach, lemon curd, has refined sweetness, soft fragrance, waxen notes. The palate is supple, charming, immediate, holds appeal for drinking à table, hors d’oeuvres dishes. It’s a trifle subdued right now. There is a flavour of compote of white fruits, with honey, honeycomb towards the finish. It’s discreet, comfy Crozes blanc. 14°. pale yellow; the nose is careful, lucid, has a peach-nectarine air, dried fruits in the second tier. This is fragrant, has nice purity, clarity, a white plum flavour, a hint of aniseed and oak. There is good late grip, salt, tang. It’s bright, calm, good now. 13°. To 2024 Feb 2020
