2000 ()

mature dark red robe. Bouquet contains red jam fruit, white pepper. Palate is advancing, but its peppery fruits lasts OK. Is going to dry. Red fruit/plum finish. Traditional wine, authentic, but length of casking a central issue. March 2005

1999

meaty, black fruit, animal-edged aroma. Full black fruit, a bit stretched, wonder if too long in oak. Has tannins, may dry with air. 2010-11
