65% Grenache, 25-30% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre, some Cinsault, hand harvested, varieties fermented apart, destemmed and crushed, 18-22 day vinification at 28-30°C, 2 daily pumping overs for part, cap punching for another part, malo in cask, aged in oak caks 9 months


(cask/vat) pale red. Peppery, lean nature to the nose – this is struggling, has green airs, also hang dog fruit. The palate gives direct, simple fruit, the texture loose, in and out. Unconvincing depth and make-up to this, ends drily for now. Can offer a bit more from 2011, but is very limited. 2015-16 Dec 2009
