70-75% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 5-10% Cinsault, from mix of sand, clay-limestone & stony oils, garrigue terraces, hand harvested, sorting in the vineyard, whole bunch fermentation, 15-18 day vinification, 3 daily pumping overs, vat raised 10 months


quite a full plum robe. Creamy red jam aroma across the glass, strawberry present in it, a touch of tannin. Easy going palate, starts on red berry fruit. Not that wide or full. The length is fair, shows a little persistence. Straightforward wine. To 2014. July 2010
