Marsanne, Roussanne from gneiss, granite soils (northern sector), feldspar (southern sector), early morning harvesting, cool 3°-6°C decantation, steel vat vinification at 12°-14°C, steel vat raised 6 months, malo blocked, “drink with scallops in saffron sauce”


full yellow, a gutsy intro. The bouquet has the ripe roundness of 2018, is buttery, on cooked mandarin/orange, with notes of white raisin, salt flakes. The palate is generous, rolling, flows very well on a kind wave of grapey, slightly tangy fruit and smooth couching. The suave texture is one of its top cards - most pleasing.
