medium depth red colour; there is a black fruit lozenge air that is quite direct on the nose. The palate is peppery all through, a bit loose in its content, has fresh threads, drinks OK, a bit Nature in style, on the edge. The tannins are rather dry. 13°. 38 mg/litre SO2, less than last year's 54 mg/litre. Bottled Oct 2019. To 2021 Feb 2020

regular red robe; the nose has a spice, clove, plum aroma, is a little searching, is direct, but does have floral undertones. The palate gives cool red fruit, mulberry, has a rather tinny side, and drifts towards the finish, isn’t really all together. It may be more fused perhaps in three months. “It can be drunk in its first two years or so, but can keep four to five years,” Laurent Clapier. Bottled Oct 2018. 13°. To 2022 Feb 2019

bright quite dark red robe. The nose is smoky, offers blackberry, licorice and a floral undertone. There’s attractive fruit right away, good purity, a becoming succulence, a real tasty spot before a mild finish. This is neat, w.o.w. wine with floral, perfumed notes. It’s very good. “It’s for the aperitif or summer dishes,” Laurent Clapier. 13°. 25,000 b. €6.60. To 2020 Feb 2018
