bright red robe, very Tavel. Has a good, forward, upbeat red cherry aroma with a stylish hover of dried herbs, thyme. It’s a stylish start. The palate is full of beans, fuelled by some carbonic gas, delivers very neat fruit on the attack, runs with liberal, very clear cut redcurrant, small red fruits. There are good grip, clarity, bite on the finish, a rather crunchy affair it is, with salted touches, a bit of later glow. This is authentic Tavel with fine length. 14°. To 2020 Jan 2018

fine red robe, pale top. The nose is well weighted, gives a serene air of compacted red fruits, an aroma that persists. The attack is nice and deep, with a good ball of concentrated red fruits followed by fresh moments. Good table wine, true Tavel. There is a little carbonic gas lining it, with a tip of the tongue freshness as a result. Good length. This can evolve well. 14°. 2018-19  May 2016
