(cask, doing its malo) cloudy, but full yellow robe. There’s thorough depth in the nose, peach, apricot, flowers, roast nut and musky flowers. The palate is rich and deep, moves well, holds promising fat – it carries more gras than the 2017. The finish is fine, as it tones down nicely into the close, apricot juice there. It has attractive body, good length. There’s nice richness in the empty glass. From 2022. 2040-42 Dec 2018
full yellow robe; the bouquet is in its shell, offers dried fruits, nuts, wax, has a firm nature, has drifts of apricot. The palate is tight, firm and rather unyielding. This is real grounded table wine, the palate waxy. It has a thorough, solid gras at its centre. It continues well. Bottled July 2018. 13.5°. From 2021. 2038-40 Dec 2018
rounded white fruit, nutty hint aroma; slight spiced white fruit, quite full. Clean, nice weight. Nutty, quince end.
