dark red. Cooked plums, raspberry density on the nose, has a steady depth. The palate has a coated texture, fat, pliant, very mild tannins; it’s an easy couch drinking wine, no effort needed. It gathers a little dark spicing at the end. It holds up well along the palate, is sturdy, with length. There’s a bit of late crunch for now. Bottled Jan 2018. From mid-2018. 2023-24 March 2018
