w.o.w. wine: soft, appealing bouquet, gentle red cherry jam aroma that is in its primary state, no baggage of evolution, just a light nutty air. Wholesome fruit on the palate, round but still well-directed, a w.o.w., juicy and sympa wine. Licorice intervenes before the red cherry fruit resurfaces again. Good curve, elegant texture here, it is brightly fruited. Ends on damson plums, offers purity. 15.5°. To 2015 Oct 2009 “We try to sell this as a wine ready to drink,” Drew Noon. Oct 2009
