GOOD VALUE: purple, quite deep red heart to the robe. Fine-tuned aroma, soft red fruits that are well wrapped together, have reserves, there is more to come, a very minor leather backdrop. The palate red fruits are live, have a flinty early nature, a mineral aspect. Continues well, is a fine bound wine still on its primary fruit and moments. Has an upright, licorice end. A wine with Northern Rhône finesse. 14.5°. 2017-19 Oct 2009 2006 is £10.50 Wine Society, GB
