50% Cinsault, 30% Grenache, 20% Syrah (av age 25 years in 2015) from lime based clay-limestone soils, sandy outcrops, machine harvested in early morning, Cinsault & Grenache vat fermented after direct pressing, Syrah vat fermented after bleeding juice off the skins (saignée), varieties fermented apart at 15°C, assembled in December, raised 3 months, malo blocked, filtered, 6,000 b


pale pink; candy, confected red fruit aroma, of the cellar more than the vineyard. The palate is similar, with bubble gum on the agenda. A bit false, not that easy to drink. 13.5°. €6.50. To mid-2016  Apr 2015
