shiny red-purple; the nose is expressive, open, has sun present, an appealing ripeness of fruit that centres on black cherries and also a floral dab or two. The palate delivers tasty, immediate fruit, and picks up a touch of grainy tannin as it ends. There is a slight hint of ripeness being not quite 100% in the texture on the finish, and a tapering of the content. Best with food. 14°. Now to 2017. Jun 2015
