2017 ()

dark red robe, with a paler rim. Has a sultry, perfumed nose, loganberry fruit present. The palate gives stewed fruits, berries, is medium depth, a bit oxidative in style, the centre plump. Stone red fruits are present. This is very southern zone St Jo, a bit quiet. 13°. €13. 2021-22 Dec 2018


magnum: fairly dark red; elder-loganberry, smoked nose that is rather direct, clear, as is the palate that comes with breeze in the red fruit. It drinks with pleasure, the fruit appealing. The tannins are fine. There’s a good certainty of quality in this country style, natural wine. It will be perfect with grills. 13°. €29. 2023-24 Dec 2018
