yellow robe, a note of pear in the colour; the bouquet is ample, buttery, has a brioche, lightly nutty aroma, a discreet undertone pear and peach. Its rather close together filling indicates a warm summer, definite ripeness. The palate also bears compact richness, with agreeable, fleshy content, soaks the palate well. The flavour involves peach stone, spicing, a note of oak. There’s a touch of tannin, grip, on the finish. It’s more table than solo drinking wine. 13.5°. 2022 Dec 2019
