2018 ()

full yellow, gold tinted robe; the nose is reserved, peachy, cloudy. The palate has a flavour of stewed fruits, white raisin, dry notes on the second half, close wrapping, a rather abrasive side to it. This is off piste wine - it’s hard to get a handle on it. It’s OK for the Vin Nature lovers, but doesn’t hand out a whole lot of pleasure. “It’s good with blue cheese”, Paul Estève. 13.5°. Bottled Sept 2019. 2024-25 Feb 2020
