full, shiny yellow robe. The bouquet is firm, not yet showing its hand, has depth, apricot and peach present. The palate gives a rich feel at the outset, is rather copious, but a fresh line runs through it, oak noticeable. It grips on the close. It needs time to extend and open further. From mid-2020. 13°. 6,000 b. €20. 2024-25 Dec 2019

regular yellow robe. Has a discreetly intricate nose, citrus lemon peel, wispy flowers, near jasmin, a touch of aniseed – it has style, is an interesting debut. This is well textured, bears most agreeable soft gras, which persists well, gives pleasure. The flavour centres on tangerine, white plum, a late note of spicing. This drinks very cleanly and well, can do the aperitif or go with steamed fish, purely flavoured dishes. The nose has good lift, and the palate carries good detail. It has salty length. It drinks very well now. 13.5°. 2021-22 Dec 2018

firm yellow and glistning robe. The nose is reduced, so decant this. The bouquet is stoutly centred on flan, apricot fruit, a ripe white plum. The palate drinks in creamy fashion, with supple gras coasting along its path. The finish is rounded, with a buttery presence alongside some peach fruit; it could be a touch longer. This is suave Crozes, more la table than aperitif: drink with poultry, cod in sauce, mild Asian spice dishes. To 2020 Oct 2016

yellow, quite deep robe. Apricot, orange marmalade aroma that is pretty full, shows a little spice and lime. The palate presents tangy Marsanne in an assertive style, finishes with a fresh, more precise length after the bold start. The aftertaste is saline. This feels just a bit cellar worked. It is ready now, has the body for chicken, fish in sauce. The possible use of young vines here, with the cellar to compensate. The length is pretty good. 13°. 2019-20 Nov 2015
