full yellow; the nose is discreet, but together, gives nutty, ginger snap, brioche bread, has a trim ripeness. The palate holds compact gras, with peach stone, roast nuts flavouring, the gras good and steady. This is sound St Jo blanc, doesn’t have any real distinguishing features or zap, but is pretty genuine, suited to pork, white meats. 13°. 4,000 b. Bottled April 2019. €15. To 2024 Feb 2020
